I also appreciate the flexible scheduling it offers. However, one downside is that if a student complains, it can lower our ratings, even though they usually don’t deduct our fees. Additionally, sharing personal info with students is strictly forbidden, and MEB can terminate tutors over it, sometimes even when it's not the tutor's fault. Overall, my experience here has been positive, helping me grow as an educator. MEB has been instrumental in my journey.
