According to me the best part was handling project by own and client handling vendor management it enhances your social skills and professional attitude towards people. Team was collaborative and our Boss was also supportive most of the time. According to the organisation growth, one can ensure his/her own growth as well. If you're good at your work the increment occurs every 6 months.

Dislikes

Initially the salary was less. You have to finish your assigned work before going home it can stretch the office timings.
