There are a lot of projects through which one can learn the designing from scratch to advanced level. One can enhance their softs skills along with core skills. According to me the best part was handling project by own and client handling vendor management it enhances your social skills and professional attitude towards people. Team was collaborative and our Boss was also supportive most of the time. According to the organisation growth, one can ensure his/her own growth as well. If you're good at your work the increment occurs every 6 months.

Dislikes

Initially the salary was less. You have to finish your assigned work before going home it can stretch the office timings.

I really appreciate the positive work culture at My Design Minds. It's a place where learning and growth are encouraged. and everyone is supportive. My boss has been an excellent mentor. Here you get 2 days of paid period leave . He treats me like a student, Always guiding me patiently and helping me improve. his approach makes me confident and motivated to do better everyday. I am Happy to be part of this team.

I really like how My Design Minds mixes creativity with real impact. We get to design real products, fix actual manufacturing problems, and work with people who are really passionate. It feels meaningful. There’s freedom to try new ideas, a cool startup vibe, and a goal to make 'Design in India' strong. And honestly, seeing an idea turn into a prototype and then into a real product feels amazing.

Company works on complete development of a person, no metter what position you are working on if you work here you will learn everything about how an company works. Work culture is great , completely supportive team.
