As an employee, I loved the working culture of MV Dugar Group. Management of the company is good enough. Higher level management is directly in touch with Mid level management. This is one of the best thing about the company. Besides that, policy of the company is quite better which helps the employee to work with full satisfaction.

This company is best for relative & chamchagiri , if your relatives is working in this company as high senior post, Then, even if you are illiterate, you will work on a manager post, and a staff will be placed under you to do your work.
