As an employee, I loved the working culture of MV Dugar Group. Management of the company is good enough. Higher level management is directly in touch with Mid level management. This is one of the best thing about the company. Besides that, policy of the company is quite better which helps the employee to work with full satisfaction.

Dislikes

The only thing that I am not satisfied by the company is its salary structure. After working for 2 years, employee are not getting promoted.

Work Details

As a Site Engineer (Civil), I had to focus on three things. Planning, managing and executing are the basic thing that I had to do in the site. Studying the drawing, making the plan for the work and executing it as per plan was my job on site.
