Average work environment and culture. Some teammates are supportive. Company policy are fair and they give average salary hike, no bonus and no incentives.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the bond training is not given to new joiners. Company working hours is 9 with 3.5 hours Compulsory over time for 4 days in one week.

Amazing workplace to get appraisals and promotions in all the departments, and most of above there's an excellent learning opportunities under their well experienced HODs. Company provides a proper training sessions- technical and non technical to understand more about the company products as well as the culture. Very cooperative top management, having open ears and humanity towards their employees to give them their best possible within the company.

Tough in quality check and screening. Very difficult to achieve the target. Other than this, work life balance is good.

No room for growing. No work satisfaction. Zero communication skills within the team.

I worked here from last 4 years, Manager are very supportive,learn to work in pressure which will help me to grow. Special thanks to HR dept because they organise farewell with cake and gifts ,release all the relevant letters and thanks for the smooth exit.

Dislikes

Company take strict action who left company overnight and don't handover their work.If you leave with rules and regulations,it will help for smooth exit.

in muvro technologies pvt Ltd they do not cooperate with fresher to learn and environment is not so good and working time is 13to 14 hr in a day job is not secure because if you will not perform well within one month they will get termination letter
