Confused Leadership, not sure what they want. Blame employee for decisions taken and executed by them. Biased employee presumption. Over-communication, but actual work and implementation is poor. Throw the ball and pass the blame policy. Leadership team believes itself to be SME in every subject and department. Lots of politics.

This company is a whitewashing machine for all black money earned by another sister company that is into casino machine software.

Dislikes

The management sucks. The CEO is least bothered and vocally agrees to this as well. He leaves all decision to his henchmen, just so he doesn't have to get his hands dirty.

There are many things to like about this company 1. The work culture is definitely one among the best, If you like your working environment everything else would follow the path. 2. You being the CEO of your own module, It's mentioned in the work culture and the organization follow the same principles. 3. At Muvi leaders lead from the front i.e. the reason it hires only hands-on Managers / Leads. 4. Scope to grow up on the ladder by taking initiative & self-ownership. 5. Scope to explore new technologies & provides ample opportunity to work on that

- Lot of things are being explored now but it required a focus on its core product.
