...has a good vision to develop his employees as he doesnt like to come in to work. He like when his employees take on more responsibility but doesnt pay them for it when it comes to promotion. Job is secured as he will never fire anyone as he is never in office.

Dislikes

This company is not concerned about the safety of their employees. If any HR initiative has been taken to ensure proper standards of safety are addressed, he rejects any idea that cost money even if it mean safety helmet worth 2lacs. But he doesn't mind spending 10lacs on a international vacation on only flight ticket. Promotion is 8% hike with a 50% added responsibility. The Plant head is an arrogant, unruly , disrespectful man...who thinks he is the smartest person in the room all the time.

Working culture is good, job security its depend upon employee behavior. Company policies are not good.

Dislikes

Company policies are not employees supports. All policies are only for company growth. Yearly increament is not as per performance.

It's good to work here, during lock down management initiated to work from home being an engineering industry. And friendly working condition with all subordinate and even with the seniors. The every individual is interested to share knowledge to one another. Basically good platform to work and give your best.

Dislikes

Self development training are missing.
