No Career growth and very less salary... Very poor employees satisfaction

Compensation is decent, but growth is very slow. To work pressure is very high.. I have work to 24 hours straight in a day as I have attend interview very late.Sr.AVP do not value an individual unique strength...overall in my department no any one supported ..

All aspects are very good for an employee. Training, Recruitment process, salary, promotions, incentives, increments all are best in the industry.

My reporting persons behaviour was not good. Nothing else.

...bout here, I am not enjoying working here much because I am new to this Company. The branches of Muthoot are very good Promotions also happen on time and salary is also paid on time And Incentive is also given according to the work That's all for now. Thank you.

I don't like the culture here and the timing is also not right The seniors get the work done by opening the branch even on Saturdays and Sundays.If the target given to the staff is not completed then they are mentally tortured I will do it, however HR has told me that I will get leave on Saturday and Sunday, I don't like it but the company is very good

...Department pressurise to Work on holidays in credit department and operations Salary not as satisfied atleast company need to provide 15k in hand salary to fresher in Credit department.
