There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is bond of 3years before which cannot resign

Too much manual process Salary will not come in single payment No fix duty hours they will use you 6 am to 11 pm as a slave And most important thing " kam ni karna to ghar ja"
