HR cannot do independently in their best practice as per industry. Less salary industry. Old branch Offices are its still old and not renovations; and opening new offices. Even though advanced technology are implementing the systems and peripherals are old. Etc, etc.

No work pressure fully relaxation, branch is just like your home .. Anything do there,(eat,sleep,go outside) no one is present to interrupting you

No salary growth, no grade hike, no value of your intelligence,just work as per there policies whether you can perfom better by your own way

...The most important of which is MSS (15,000). An MSS must active for every month. This is where they spend their entire salary. As a result, many are tempted to leave their job. Do something for these employees if you can. This is the only truth you do not know what was said. This is not your fault the problem in our page. This is a request only..... Thank you.

...so many things in life . The senior working in regional office is so supportive. Company is good at providing perks incentive bonus and hike.

...demic I realized that It's not only about customers it's also about staffs too .Company is taking care of all our safety during pandemic, not even cut any of amount of our salary. They think about as their family members that's is loving thing working in this organization.
