...ometimes time limit exceeded and it's very hectic to balance personal life ... It's necessary to fix closing time either pay extra salary

Job security at Muthoot is very good. As a woman staff feel secure in all manner.

...y timing is 9:30 to 6 but we are working till 7 pm and some time more than this. Without any overtime pay. Kindly fix the working hours. It hits the personal life also.

They are not giving importance to experience staffs and target is too heavy to complete. And no one is there for proper response to employees issues.

Salary credited on time. Customer complaint system is very good. Working hours is very strict and there is no overtime. Company is good for freshers and govt. retired person.

Employee's opinion doesn't matter. Salary increment and promotions are very slow. Leaves are very less in the company.
