Gets freedom to execute. Generally they take only mediocre talent in all level. So senior management does not have bandwidth to review everything.

Rate of interest to be change in one month the customers who not because every customer not able to pay every month continuously . so give some relaxation for 3 months once compulsory..

This practice can sometimes lead to feelings of undervaluation among vintage staff, who have consistently demonstrated loyalty, expertise, and a deep understanding of the organization’s values and processes. It may also impact overall motivation and morale, as the efforts of long-term employees appear to be less recognized in monetary terms compared to newcomers. I believe Muthoot Fincorp values its employees and strives for fairness in its policies. Therefore, I would like to suggest that the organization considers implementing a more balanced approach to increments and promotions, taking into account both tenure and performance. Monday to Saturday office. Less festival leave like in deepawali and chath pooja.
