Muthoot finance is a professional company and all the workers working in the company are given timely salary and promotion. Muthoot finance is a good company for newly joined employees to improve their career.

I just share my review for muthoot finance there is some policies are not favour of staff like salary, promotion and leaves and holidays. There is old staff future is not bright because they are taking a lots of time for promotion and also salary is very low is this inflation time and new staff and old staff salary is mostly same.. there is second and fourth saturday is also working when most of the banks and NBFC is closed, festival holiday is so low.. so its not my request that is all staff request please understand the whole staff needs who working in muthoot finance ..some times they give the pressure to staff.. They have submitted the all staff original documents like marksheet so thats not correct..

Work culture , low salary and there are very poor promotion culture, target pressure .evry think is worst in muthoot finance that's why a lot of staff is leave job from muthoot

Good work environment. Team mates are supportive. Bonus and salaries are always on time. Company policies are also good.

Dislikes

The management is not that supportive and no career growth. You will not be promoted easily. There is a bond of 2 years before which you can't resign. If business does not happen according to their decision then they ask us to sit late and work.
