I am working since Jan-2021. But my salary not increased I have already told to HR and my Boss but he saying salary not increased in third party payroll

Office Timing , fake salary commitment given by salary . There are threating and forcing to to under provision period employe for resignation those are just joint 2 month back there is no HR policy’s ruka and regulations

Yes,they look after there employees and have very strong Audit team which help in taking quick and responsive initiatives over any queries.

...the RM and the other employees at Ro level takes the Branch staff for granted 2. Salary package is very very low as compaire to others. 3. They ask about salary justification over work,i would like to say first you give the proper salary and designation to you employee's and then ask this question

... be required to stand as security guard whenever guards go to washroom or lunch. You will be required to perform office boy's duty also for an average salary package. Moreover you will be required to sign bond for 2 years that you will not leave the company or else 2 months salary has to be given as compensation. They will also take custody of class 10th original certificate during the tenure of working. 2 months notice period. In the name of fixed incentives new joiners will be bypassed to earn branch business incentives. You will be forced to do some useless follow up calls repeatedly to same customers on holidays and Sundays to annoy the customers to the hell of their anger. Every now and then policy changing, chopping- changing of rules make employees confused infact sometimes without notices. Sometimes branches are kept open on Sundays. You will be forced to maintain some illogical hilarious registers (some 6-7 copies). You will be forced to give service to huge base of customers with 1-2 systems leading to annoyance of the customers. Personal life is badly hampered. Only go for this if really in need of urgent job.

I like about working at muthoot finance some policies are good..

I just share my review for muthoot finance there is some policies are not favour of staff like salary, promotion and leaves and holidays. There is old staff future is not bright because they are taking a lots of time for promotion and also salary is very low is this inflation time and new staff and old staff salary is mostly same.. there is second and fourth saturday is also working when most of the banks and NBFC is closed, festival holiday is so low.. so its not my request that is all staff request please understand the whole staff needs who working in muthoot finance ..some times they give the pressure to staff.. They have submitted the all staff original documents like marksheet so thats not correct..
