Don't advice to join company especially Delhi north because Head office staff are not supportive and not understand the employee's problem

Overall you can't survive in this salary, Worst management, nothing to learn, lots of politics, every time shortage of employees so you can't take leave on urgency. Company is only for south indian. Even a office boy get more incentive then employees. Sometimes you have to do office boy works . Totally your risk you have to pay everywhere.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

We are in this area where very goods price are very high and no one leave in smal salary package. But Muthoot provide non respective salary in month basis and that was not better

Only support and parcelty with North Indian and south Indian this the biggest think which recommend you for non working culture.. And there is only support karla people and only advantage for them only.... No matter of talent or good or right only just support kerla people........

My experience were good there.And I just wanna tell you one thing here that comparison to other banks and nbfcs this is the best org to the work life balance.. I liked work culture most.i am glad to say that if you are a fresher and wanna start-up of ur career then this might b the best org for you.
