Salary, hikes, promotions are less and insufficient as per industry and qualification standards. Not so good work environment .

Mumbai monorail is operated by Malaysian firm scomi engineering, Middle management of the company is good.system is very good we can learn new things about pelublic transport.

No salary on time from last 2 years, since last 2 months no salary yet. Hr is not proper,if you asks about salary they are saying they don't have any idea on same. Employees families are suffering a lot. If we asks they are simply saying that leave the company. We have given our 5 years for monorail. We are working with shortage of manpower from long back.company do not value of individuals.no appreciation at all.no increments from last 3 years. Nothing is good

Poor and Corrupt Management, Management are not Technocrats....Not recommend for freshers....if you are old age and want to enjoy last phase of your life.... join monorail.

Other organisations can't understand the efforts of Mumbai monorail employees whose giving 100% to run monorail and maintaining punctuality and headway and trip achivement.
