The best part of this Company is he treat site engineer as a labour, HR never response on time and all senior level Manager treat like that u r the slave of the Company.

Dislikes

First of all u forget ur enjoyment if u work here office staff treat site engineer as a slave.Hold ur expenses 3-4 months and on the time of resignation never clear ur expense. The best Advice from my end is never buy anything from ur hard money because its don't come to ur hand easily.

One senior plays games with employees he don't like and management dances to his music. For you be b successful there, your qualification should that you must belong to U. Khd Or Himachal.

People play games as per there liking and caliper, but he should be a licker to him mentioned above.

Develop & invest in establishing employees' large vision by providing motivation actions sessions by top Business motivational Speakers. 4. if you want to learn & earn in family-like culture then this is the right place for you. 5. they are very responsive, and all departments are very active and responsive. they love to work on solutions... not on problems.

Multi decor is a company where the employs are being treated like a family, the management is supportive and is ready to help through all thick and thins. Employs are allowed to have a perspective here which are even entertained by the management. The company is very appreciative towards employees hard work. Life (financial and personal) is stable here and working is very flexible. All in all working environment at MDIPL is very good. If you get an opportunity to work here don’t miss it.

Everyone is more like a family for me rather than calling it out a company because of the people and values. It could be dream company for you to start yor career because you will get lots of oppotunites and challenges. Management is transparent.
