... extensive travel and enjoying it. Learning is great. Work life balance is good. Salary is satisfactory but not up to the mark as per job responsibilities. Higher level package is unnecessaryly high. But overall is wonderful experience.

Promotion policy is not good, that's like govt sector.

With 100% job security, you'll often find unskilled individuals who have remained in their positions for a long time. Being on higher position they don't have any knowledge a part from their current role.

Dislikes

Qualified people will be sidelined. They will recruit people from outside with higher salary whome people working at lower position will train. But people working from long time with good qualification will not be promoted in name of Policy issue. Because of that you will see in every department skillful people leaving in a tenure of 1-3 years.

Good Work Life Balance. If you want to feel like Government Employee then this is the right company for you.

... them. No innovative ideas are exchanged or entertained by senior management. People work here only because salary gets credited on time. They have no motive of doing anything. Whole company is full of people who has attained the age of retirement so you won't find enthusiastic people who are focused in their career. Company is spending crores of rupees for development of the project but none of the employees is willing to make that project go live. Even if someone finds you working on that project then they'll do everything in their hands to stop you from working on that project.

For people who have drive to learn and become something, there is a lot of domain knowledge to absorb.

...r professional misconduct about these senior VPs is first intimated to them😂 Dev team is sacrificial lamb working 12-13 hours a day at hilarious salary. Although the dev management recently had upgraded for better now.

The only thing about the Company is the brand name and certain works. The holiday list is good.

Dislikes

...pathetic. No growth as the scope of commodity market is very limited in India. No compensation benefits in the Legal team. The HOD is cunning and ruthless. No support from other seniors. Total group-ism is followed. Unnecessarily called on Saturdays even if there is no work just to show that people are even coming on Saturdays.
