I worked within the period between 2011 -2012. Job at Multani was a loadful one, as my first job. Multani has excellent infra structure and model work culture for herbal medicine manufacturing sector. They own an accredited grug testing lab on the other hand, where I worked for nearly a year. Lab experience was partly a wholesome one for me. I think any internee or new comer should see this esteemed organisation for glimse of a model of its own sector. Different kinds of herbal drug testing lab facility, production deptt.for various kinds of ayurved medicines, which is well equipped with modern era machineries. I was not so happy with their annual package as well as annual increment Internal politics was also has an bit influence on employees' performance and company performance too.

...is much much better in work and skills than the old employees and even employer. There is no increment in salary and no bonus. There is partiality between old and new employees regarding relationship.

salary growth is very bad according to employee & Hr. polices is very bad ,Hr management is very poor. & politics ( very much).

They will hire n fire u to please the production GM and fire u for same reason. Damn political place in have seen total waste of time no R&D in place. Full of biharis.unethically doing all.
