Work life balance...👎00 Culture....👎00 Partiality.... Offer alternative Saturday in interview but after joining I'm waiting for thi Saturday Job time officially 8:30am to 5:30pm But not 5:30 usually 6:30-7:00

1. Very good CEO - encourages you to perform your best and very supportive when you meet with failure 2. Company has long term vision and is working on Strategy till 2025 3. Global exposure is available 4. Provide challenging environment which helps you grow multifold 5. Global support - investment are made in timely and efficient manner looking at broad picture and not immediate returns

1. Colleagues - lot of colleagues with zero ambition, they don’t want to complete their work in efficient and accurate manner. Also don’t have interest in making improvements and learning new things.

Mubea gives you exposure to working with a German counterpart. Mubea gives a project which you have to manage by yourself with lots of responsibility which improve your skills.

Dislikes

1)No system for development part production so most of the time has to spend in shopfloor for development of suspension components. 2)HR policies are not very clear in case of employment bond, it changes with people and management.
