Despite consistent hard work, there is no recognition or appreciation for the efforts put in. It feels like no matter how much we contribute, it goes unnoticed. Management is unapproachable and never offers the support needed to succeed. It often feels like we are left to figure things out on our own without proper guidance. The company culture is becoming toxic, with negativity and dissatisfaction spreading across company. Instead of addressing these concerns, management seems indifferent to employee feedback.

1. Bad politics. 2 HR is interested in your personal life more than your work life. 3. Management revolves around 3-4 people who thinks if there job is so secure they can hire or fire anyone. 4. No appreciation for good resource, the one who licks will get appreciated. 5. Management myth is if they report and remove the review written by us which is so true, then we can't post again. Posting 3rd time. LOL

The benefits that come from working here are above and beyond the monetary rewards we receive. Management gives constructive criticism when it's needed and praise when it's due. I have received more positive feedback and recognition here than anywhere else in my career. Good upskilling opportunities. Decent pay hike and variable payout as compared to other peers.
