They aren't supporting any well. They could do better as compared to other places that I have heard.

They don't pay salaries on time and they will only give you leave when they are comfortable you leaving. The work culture is really bad.

You are hired on the basis of your skills (performance in the demo-lecture), regardless of your experience. A fabulous concept named workshop for all the teachers leads the next level skill enhancement & helps even the freshers to grow professionally while receiving priceless & constructive insights from senior members. Lot of flexibility, as you can choose the number of days you wish to work. Pretty decent work environment.

Dislikes

Salary is delayed by around 2 months. Although workshops lead to skill enhancement, but, they are unpaid & mostly extend the whole day. Lot of traveling (sometimes to inconvenient areas) & the expense is to be borne by the employees. Extensive nepotism when it comes to promotion/salary hike & leverage. Exclusive power in the hands of Zonal-Head which sometimes leads to favoritism/biased attitude. Whole organization runs as per the wishes of a few people who are in power.

I resigned from company last one year ago but still I haven't received my final settlement salary from MT. I have also completed all the formalties before exit. Not getting any replies from HR, hv sent more than 10 emails within a year.

It is an timepass job. I served on the morning batch. Only basic work would be there

...er completing your shift.no fix off even u have to come on your off day to slog.salary are low as usual.no appraisal . inconsiderate behaviour towards junior and lower staff.no credit of work given.

It's a fraud company, They will make you work like a slave and won't pay a single penny. If you ask them constantly they will block you as well as they will terminate your work without prior notice.

Company is fraud specially HR head Annie.
