Not at all they cut off the employess salary they were transfering employess to one department to another with out on paper. Not even provided sanitizer or mask to the merchants. As because of merchants only this company is runing

They didn't paid a salary atleast in every month on time and from March 2020 to June 2020 till date they didn't given any amount to the employee and suddenly they removed all over Telangana employees at a time without giving any information and salarys .

Worst company to work and haven't seen such a mismanagement culture.Every Dickson is made by ASM whether he wants to keep a per or not what salary nothing been discuss with the employee what ever ASM thinks the Management do according to him

Terrible experience, won't give proper salary, they want girls to work at night time but won't provide cab facility, no proper break time, call flow is more means they won't send us for lunch, need to work extra, even there is no understanding b/w manager n team leaders, won't give proper guidelines, Sunil Kumar is a big saddist fellow he will gonna target kannada girls, no proper responce from Mumbai team, Infront they will give heavy buildup about them selfs but behind they only gossip something nonsense and all. Being a TL that fellow don't have capacity to handle there team members.. They will going to change work times at midnight 11pm.. No locks to keep our things. No separate toilets for girls n boys. 2 or 3 months employees will going to quite this job because to there trocher... I guess I won't get any reply for this from bangalore team for me also same thing happen they said 16k take home but use to give 10k as a monthly salary. Every days changing my working timings at 11pm. After 9pm no busses are available so I requested to change my timings but I got reply that in Mumbai girls use to work at 12am so can't change the timings it's your faith.. I wasted 4 months with this company.. one thing they are faking the people

company data base pe kaam krti karwati he company crm team rakhi thi jo ki inactive marchant base data pe work karwati thi jisse jo v marchant inactive rahte the unpe visite hota tha or marchant ka koi v issue hota tha use solve kar ke marchant ko active karwa diya jata tha👍
