...e Technology . I will greatful if I get some promotion from Mswipe Technology. Training was good, nice environment with the team mates, salary system is not satisfactory . Looking for promotion as TL in Ranchi..

EVERY MONTH OUR SENIORS ALSO CHANGE, IN EVERY 2-3 MONTH YOUR SALARY STRUCTURE CAN CHANGE WITHOUT ANY INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF JOINING. NO ANY WORK ETHICS BETWEEN SENIORS TO EXECUTIVE LEVEL. I WORKED MORE THEN 4 YEARS WITH MSWIPE, THE MSWIPE WHICH I NOW BEFORE 2 YEARS AGO IS COMPLETELY DEFFERENT ENVIRONMENT. SOME OF SENIORS ALSO DONT KNOW ABOUT THE PRODUCTS AND COMPANY RULES AND PROCESS THEN ALSO THEY ARE WORKING WITH THE COMPANY. THATS LIKE MANY REASONS WITH THE COMPANY. THE ONLY THING WHICH I LIKE ABOUT THE COMPANY IS HERE SALES MANAGER AND ABOVE LEVEL WORK PROFILE IS SECURE.
