...ere are more chances for promotion and carrier growth for deserving candidates.. Salary is good but not comparable to NTPC..

Dislikes

Being process industry work pressure always remains high , whether someone is working in operation or maintainable.One has to attend the calls at any odd times.

Job security is very good, work culture is excellent, interference of local politics in management is sort of worrying. Company policies are excellent, but again politics plays a vital role while execution.
