OUR PROJECT MANGER AND SITE IN-CHARGE ARE THE GOOD KNOWLEDGE PERSONS AND THERE SHARE IDEAS TO THE ENGG AND THEY WILL HELP TO IMPROVE OUR IDEAS.

DUE TO SOME WORST PERSONS WHO ARE VERY CLOSE AND RELATIVE TO THE THE OUR BOSS THEY DON'T HAVE AN IDEA ABOUT CIVIL FIELD BUT THEY THINK HE KNOW VERY WELL AND OUR GENERAL MANAGER IS ONE OF THE WORST PERSON I HAVEN'T SEEN BEFORE IN MY LIFE. I YOU SHOULD NOT LISTEN THERE WORDS THEN U SHOULD BE OUT OF THE COMPANY. SO THAT OUR PROJECT MANGER AND OTHER 10 GOOD ENGG WERE LEFT THE COMPANY.
