Sometimes you will see politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years for freshers/juniors before which you cannot resign.

Company lacked the growth path for some department especially for Business Analyst wasnt thought, a resources having 3year of experience is also a Business Analyst and another employee having 7years experience is also a Business Analyst. Management didn't tale the growth path seriously even after discussing the issue it was not paid attention to

There are very good opportunity in Mean or .net project but wrost place for PHP or CI. There is only 1 client and whole company is running to take care of that client. No job satisfation, No WLB

It is good company for fresher level only, as per the my experience with mrr there is work environment is changing day by day because of management is not proper in company....
