I am contract employee they neglect me even they didn't given proper salary bcz nekkonda vro has given chance to complete the office work for each file soe of amont I have workedlThere is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The job description is very good , to digitalize the different villages pension documents home documents field documents. There is no security in this job because it's a contract base job , work culture is good no target data, company did not provide any policies.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more.
