Micro management 2. Good for mid level developers with less package. 3. Management will engage with you based on your package. 4. No work life balance 5. Great team work and seniors are very welcoming and helping you. Will get lot to learn and time to learn by yourself to. If want to start a career with MRI Software, go for it. I have best experience till now.

worst experience. i have worked in Bangalore, India branch 1)hr-ta team is behavior is very rigid and give lot of false statement and will not trustable . 2)micro-management and managers are very unprofessional creating there own rules and harassing team member to cut off there work for there own benefits taking advantage of there positions as there is no one to monitor them . 3)HR team is dummy and never responds. 4)good for psychopaths 5)no work life balance Not recommended and will get mental trauma after working in the organisation.
