If you are starting your career than work here to learn how to do ground work. You will be habitual of listening abusive language at decent salary package. You will get a chance to work day & night. You will never get appreciated. on serious note you can work one year at least to get influenced to HR around the world, so that they can know that you have stamped by MRF whose share price is more than 1 lakh.

You will be a high paid slave. You will be monitored and scored by some uneducated and inefficient middle and senior management level. Who are outdated and overaged. A person who cannot stood on his foot, He is taking good decisions for the company so that atleast company can stood in front of other brands. Oh yes it is a Christian company and they strongly believe in christianity and also promote it. If you do not believe than take a list of name of senior and middle management. So yes if you are a Christian go for it you will not find a company better than this. We just can wish the best for the company.

... found other job, as i have to support my family , i will not leave like this. No work life balance, salary 45000as TSS will be provided you will feel good for 4-5 months but after that you will realise that this 45000 is not worth after that much , stress, abusive language, other mistreat, even your senior will use abusive language in front of customers, office labourers, then you will feel your image is nothing in front of them , even office labourers will be treated good.

Apart from salary everything is disappointing. Not even single thing is satisfactory here. No work life balance, no motivation, working culture is like we are working in 1990's.

... weather is. 3)Not worth a MBA level job (10th class pass is more than enough) 4) Only good part Salary gets credited on time. 5) Supervisors ,District Manager,RSM,ZSM just sit in office instead of going to market once in a month,which they are supposed supposed to do on daily basis. 5)If you are from a good B School & good family, never ever join this company at Territory Sales Supervisor level, this job is for people who can work like a Donkey for which no formal education is required in place of hiring MBA chaps, working on sundays, Privilege, casual leaves that you are entitled to and on normal days after you come to your flat.Senior, middle & lower management only work is to forward mails to TSS & do Zoom meetings (that too just for formality to show that they are working) , Institutional Sales managers are an exception. Even Rajnikant would fail in front of a TSS.One has to look sales,meet customers of all product group right from Truck to Bullock cart,sit at dealership ,tour on bike (myself escaped from 4 major accidents just because of god grace) even if it's raining,at summers when temperature goes above 45°C night riding till 9 PM,one some days you have to continuously work 16 hrs with no extra pay,make reports that they already have,follow up with Route van operation & godown staff all these at a time.Highlight is that Senior sales people who are in system from last 30 years are not getting promoted even though are capable and reporting to people who are coming from outside with just 12-15 years experience who themselves are of lower profiles in other companies compared to that off Senior sales people in the company (Religion & caste politics ).On your wedding also one would be working & follow up.If you want to work in this company better to remain bachelor throughout your life & if you get married there will be no family life.

Forget about that you have a family,if Sales happens credit goes to District Manager,RSM,ZSM and they get promoted ,if something goes wrong TSS is held responsible for everything ,there was a case in which a TSS who himself is 23 years old was terminated when he reported to DM that one of his dealer distant relative is having a Apollo dealership that he took 20 years back saying why didn't you reported about this ,instead of asking the TSS or District Manager of that time . Management has made TSS tenure( 4 Years) which was of 2.6 years Max like every Indian MNC,by the time you become DM- if it happens by chance(Area Sales Manager equivalent of a FMCG )you will be at your retirement age.Even if something happens to Dealer family u are responsible.One IIM guy hired for marketing profile at HO resigned within 4 months because of 70s-80s mentality of people who are in company from last 3 decades whom he was reporting.You yourself can be a better judge if you see latest Car tyre Advertisement by Virat Kohli in which he is explaining about tyre features in black box frame only god knows who approved this AD.
