Good working atmosphere, good salary package, There is always a door to approach if we are in trouble. Lot of Opportunities to learn new things.

Culture, senior officers attitude, workers have the right to decide canteen food. But even if we are staffs the only thing we can do is just sit and eat that ugly food and say nothing.

MRF gives job security in a manner that they wouldn't fire anyone who works there. BUT there is a little growth opportunity for Msc candidates anywhere in Mrf. But this firm is a good platform for those who seek job experience.

Dislikes

Work Timing and working hours., Grade change is delayed. Msc, Bsc and Diploma candidates are considered to be on the same grade with same salary which is not acceptable for Msc. Graduates who has spent a lot of effort in pursuing their post graduation. Another Sick thing in MRF is that the above said consideration will not change and they will simply stick to the terms which was established before Jesus christ himself. Please don't choose this company (only forMsc.Chemistry male candidates) and save yourself.

There is no increments for temperory staff and company culture is not good towards temperory staff they see them as untaouchability and there is no equal rights to work for temperory staff.

Salary will be on time. And it is a good one compared to other companies for core engineering.

No work life balance No work satisfaction Worst work culture among all companies in India. HRs are the worst.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
