Good working atmosphere, good salary package, There is always a door to approach if we are in trouble. Lot of Opportunities to learn new things.

Culture, senior officers attitude, workers have the right to decide canteen food. But even if we are staffs the only thing we can do is just sit and eat that ugly food and say nothing.

I pity the pathetic response of the MRF HR team to a loyal employee just because he resigned. Pressure is heavy from heads and senior Engineers.co-ordination less between other departments.they will not support neighbour departments.trying to escape and blame on each other in critical situations.
