If you want your job to be nothing like you want, this is the conpany for you. Workmen has more than twice the salary than the staff. They don't have any responsibilities and even if you dont do the job, just make your boss happy.. that'll give you more increments annually than working staff.

Amenities are excellent. Leave policy is good. Low work load.

Dislikes

Low salary is given to experianced staff. New joinees have a lot of salary more than people working there for even more than 10 years. Not adaptive to changes. Management Won't listen to lower staff's opinions or suggestions

Since I work in HO, the infrastructure is the best. Company gives the best pay in the industry. Company gives sufficient leaves and one can avail it at his or her disposal. Once you are on leave, nobody disturbs you unless something is very urgent. In MRF, I have the best colleagues, Boss and Functional Head (As of now) in my entire career.

Lack of training. ( Company has a well established training department ). No employee engagement activities. Practicing old process/ work flow.

...t learning opportunity if you are really eager to learn .no one will spoon feed. Salary on time and decent appraisal

No work life balance and Jon pressure will be there if you are posted to newly plant like trichy ;Apl ;Dahej plant

* Overburden work & extreme pressure. * Responsible for Sales & Services. * Less salary as compared to the market in industry. * Unnecessary pressure of Selling non-suitable products in different markets.
