If you can get a job in MRF work for two years get the experience add the company's name your resume and leave. Your job is secure. You will never get fired under any circumstances
...very poor. Management considers people who come in shifts as second class staff.serving poor food in canteen giving the cheapest insurance policy paying the lowest salary. Overall I would say staying in MRF means your life will be just work and sleep. Not worth it when you look at your salary
