No transperency in appraisal system. Resulting exploitation of employees by reporting managers. Favoutism, some managers treat employees very badly.no whilst blower policy hence managers have no dear can treat employees the way they want. No a good place if you have self respect.

They never think you as a human... You are just robot for them who has to work work and work nothing else matter, will torture you even if there are no issues.... No matter 10000 good thing you do but one small silly mistake will make you criminal in there eyes

Sales people are having own targets But they giving presure to operation staff for achieving their targets. They treat operation staff as sales staff. Regional politics. Salary not good as per workload. Billing, warehouse staff always in presure form OM and DM. Its own policy is just a 1960 work culture. Every were is chaaplusi.... 70% targets is done by billing people but he always sideline and giving just 100 rs for his reward and its late sitting. Only south indian can easy survived Neutral venue staff just plan for 3 years. Every DO is working on saturday. Saturday working is just on paper half day working. HR is shown his face on first day of joining. Then He will forgotten to u. U r the staff ot not. If u r complaint for any one.. They take personally... And partiality happened. Dealers partiality between supply of materials Or cream item.

...bly have to do all the job in the office. 8. Payment is very less, No increment. Most brutal thing about your payment is your basis salary is lowest in the industry. So if you are working with MRF till your retirement, your pf won't have enough money to organise a decent funeral for yourself.

... without food/accommodation allowance, that was not the best compensation I got. Even though I never thought about the salary I look forward to learn more corporate work strategies.The only reason I left this job was the low salary which remains very low after consuming for my food and accommodation.

Not so many, the only thing is the job Location. They didn't provided even compensation for those who working far away from home town.
