Sales people are having own targets But they giving presure to operation staff for achieving their targets. They treat operation staff as sales staff. Regional politics. Salary not good as per workload. Billing, warehouse staff always in presure form OM and DM. Its own policy is just a 1960 work culture. Every were is chaaplusi.... 70% targets is done by billing people but he always sideline and giving just 100 rs for his reward and its late sitting. Only south indian can easy survived Neutral venue staff just plan for 3 years. Every DO is working on saturday. Saturday working is just on paper half day working. HR is shown his face on first day of joining. Then He will forgotten to u. U r the staff ot not. If u r complaint for any one.. They take personally... And partiality happened. Dealers partiality between supply of materials Or cream item.

As a previous employee, I am not satisfied with the culture of superior staff in sales and marketing and someone in operation also But I have good experience also from very less people Payment I'd only satisfactory because as per the living standards it's very less Work life balance is also very bad No enough time to be spend with my family Late sitting in the office on daily basis After so much complaints, company reduce the late sitting for a small period of time and again it changed to the old model It's only possible for those who are staying without family Some days I have reached my home at 1.00 midnight Heavy workload and pressure

... without food/accommodation allowance, that was not the best compensation I got. Even though I never thought about the salary I look forward to learn more corporate work strategies.The only reason I left this job was the low salary which remains very low after consuming for my food and accommodation.

1. Seniors make you feel dumb & always want you to leave the company , even they forces you to leave just because of their personal benifits . 2. Sale is simple because product is demanding, but your DM’s & STE’s &SSE’s make you mentally harrass to leave the organisation that is the worst thing in a Market leader company. 3 . Company is old cultured & should be advanced with time . 4. No employee respect , if company will not respect their employees then who will respect them (* their competitors for sure ) 5. Company policy is good but should think about their all designations .
