You came with experience in one particular field, but here they put in a department where you have 0% knowledge, again you have to learn from the beginning, personally o didn't find and work satisfaction here.

Good working atmosphere, good salary package, There is always a door to approach if we are in trouble. Lot of Opportunities to learn new things.

Dislikes

Culture, senior officers attitude, workers have the right to decide canteen food. But even if we are staffs the only thing we can do is just sit and eat that ugly food and say nothing.

Salary scale is good, promotion is good from one grade to another grade. Canteen Food is good, Very good environment to work, House keep is excellent inside factory, dormitory facility for bachelors.

No AC bus, No smartphone allowed during working hour inside factory. No company townships for families for non local staff.

If you are in MA grade, your appraisal and promotion will be slow, you cant take long leave not more than 7 days, ( except emergency) HR department is very slow , for bachelor after 1-2years you will be tried of life
