Very very poor work culture. Not getting any support from senior duty time is more then fix timing 12 to 15 hours. Not get any comp off maximum time straight shift in store. Less manpower as per requirement

Low salary work load high, govt holiday only show govt act, leaves not provided to manage well, working straight not pay overtime for extra work. Short manpower for workload staffs.

I appreciated the opportunity to manage over 12,000 SKUs in a 7,000 sq. ft. store, especially with a lean team. It taught me how to optimize resources, streamline operations, and maintain high efficiency despite challenges.

Company from Malaysia they really have good process but indian management is worst most worst part is HR if any one want to leave they not asked single question as a HR they straightly explain separation process.

Upper management is disaster hr head is busy with attending retail organisation meeting only he is not event interact with people mid level hr also not worried about and company CEO also not have any ide about this surely CEO is very good and reputed person but as of my knowledge he not aware about his management culture towards employee
