Appraisal is poor, salary is low compared to market standards. Night shift allowance is very less compared to other competitors. Benefits are less.

Salary is very less. You are not allowed to have your mobile phone with you, you have to keep your personal belongings in a locker. Shift timing is 6PM to 2AM - this will ruin your health, I lost a lot of weight from loss of appetite. Some team leads are not professional, they force you to participate in team outings, spend money on unnecessary internal fun at work events. If you say that with such low salary you cannot spend so much for these events, the team leads will not understand your perspective, they will instead badmouth about you with their favorite associates and make you look like the bad person.

No work life balances. Company is operating in Bangalore but is not paying the basic pay as per Karnataka state government. The basic pay in me cooper is somewhere around ₹10800. Although it’s operating in Karnataka company management no where follow Kannada.

Mr.Cooper is the best in all aspects.. There is zero work pressure, great work life balance, good and safe environment...

Dislikes

The starting salary for a fresher at mr.cooper is very low but once you're recognized for your work and if u are a good team player with consistency and dedication towards your work..then no need to worry.. then u can achieve great heights in mr.cooper.

Supportive Culture, Great Scope of learning, Senior Management is good, Popular Tech Stack, Highly recommended for the freshers to start the first job. For Experienced, it depends on the project.

The compensation Part does not have market standards, We need to work some times lot but only appreciation in words not in the salary part.
