The culture of work engaging and allotment is changeable everyday. No plan for it. Middle level management is completely playing blind game and ignoring the staff benefits Higher level management is good but they don't take feedback from lower level and engineer level staff, they only consider mangers feedback and some times it may become bad to concern staff in order to lose the job. Anger management is needed in every manager.
