No proper HR policy No proper R&D policy No proper planning department No proper work management Inter department work relation is very poor. No proper coordination in between any one. The culture of work engaging and allotment is changeable everyday. No plan for it. Middle level management is completely playing blind game and ignoring the staff benefits Higher level management is good but they don't take feedback from lower level and engineer level staff, they only consider mangers feedback and some times it may become bad to concern staff in order to lose the job. Anger management is needed in every manager.

One more Saturday Off is required No. of public holidays should be increased. Ex:Rakhi festival should be an Optional Holiday, whereas Bakri Eid and Ganesh Nimarjanam should be declared as Holiday.
