At first they will be pampered and they spoke about good work culture

Dislikes

Bad work culture. Many jaalraas and bad company environment. Bad organisation structure and worst part is they will not pay good, even if you are good and passionate in work. Kindly don't join. I had a terrible experience. Many didn't receive experience certificate. I skilled with techstacks as i delivered two projects in short period. But work - life balance and mental health is zero..

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
