Good Working Place, colleagues were nice and helpful. but when people start doing politics in workplace then of course majority of the time older people in system stays and new people have to leave.

Dislikes

Lack of Training part, career path and of course icing on cake is politics.

Working culture is awesome in MPS. Boss are really Friendly & helping minded. Corporate staffs all are very supportive to branches. Our HO ensures good working environment to not only COrporate /HO but also for Branches/Warehouses.

Dislikes

I loved a lot working at MPS telecom. Noting I dislike in MPS .

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
