...ly face pressure and huge pressure. No healthy work culture is maintained there. Comparatively the salary is 1/4 th of the work load. No personal life you will have. You have to log in for 12/13 hours. You will asked to cancel one or two WO in every month forcefully. The team leaders will make you the machine. I became depressed 🙏🙏

Everything...i mean they forced you for ot but then they are not going to pay for it...in the other hand forget about the incentives part you hardly going to achieve your target...and those team leaders are very unprofessional they are shouting like an animal....and they are going to put so pressure on you..you literally going to fill that you are in a jail

WFH disable. Target pressure, all the time threats about documentation, also not have humanity for employees when they are in problem or fever. Extend login hour for target or sometimes usually day to login more.

Mpokket is good company my job is ok but my Assistant Manager mr Pravakar is too much.just show off that he is only working in whole company.ever time he just shouting on people to show that how serious he is. Unlimited strech no fix working hours if there is no data you have to strech fir your target if you want to achieve 109% by the end of the month. Overall is ok but there Assistant Manager thik that we are there person servent of them is Rizwan and pravakar also.
