Mpokket is good company my job is ok but my Assistant Manager mr Pravakar is too much.just show off that he is only working in whole company.ever time he just shouting on people to show that how serious he is. Unlimited strech no fix working hours if there is no data you have to strech fir your target if you want to achieve 109% by the end of the month. Overall is ok but there Assistant Manager thik that we are there person servent of them is Rizwan and pravakar also.

There was bad experience of work at that company. Everyday have to do extra time, without any extra bonus, even achive ur daily target even though did not allow to go home, very bad.

Too much pressure, have to streach working hours without any overtime pay, salary is less, work life balance is terrible, me personally I've to give 12 hr. a day. also I think I'm suffering from mental health issue due the pressure here.

Only one think that as a fresher mpokket can give a good salary and as a training company mpokket can do this in a good way then others, but rather than that here is nothing like promotion that is totally how you can polished with your AM or senior and all othar thinks like week off and leave, shift time, a system You all have to fight for rather than that it all can provide only the favorite person only, BTW I nearly complete my one year here

Only one dislike that was favouriteism ..all other sides gose to here... That week off , leave, all think gose to only favourite person and the environment of work is like to hell here ... 9 hours working time official but for every day 10 hours unofficially you should work, you should come on time but there is no guaranteed that you can logout after 9 hrs as per the. Senior 😂 this was the inside scenario

Collection recovery process weather is pathetic, to much personal attack and insulting if payment is not come, some of high position holders behaviour is to bad, not a good work culture, and also create mental pressure, for that DCS depressed and quite the job.
