Too much pressure, have to streach working hours without any overtime pay, salary is less, work life balance is terrible, me personally I've to give 12 hr. a day. also I think I'm suffering from mental health issue due the pressure here.

Everything...i mean they forced you for ot but then they are not going to pay for it...in the other hand forget about the incentives part you hardly going to achieve your target...and those team leaders are very unprofessional they are shouting like an animal....and they are going to put so pressure on you..you literally going to fill that you are in a jail

Environment good, salary ok okay, week off preferences.

WFH disable. Target pressure, all the time threats about documentation, also not have humanity for employees when they are in problem or fever. Extend login hour for target or sometimes usually day to login more.

...vironment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transprent.there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...ly face pressure and huge pressure. No healthy work culture is maintained there. Comparatively the salary is 1/4 th of the work load. No personal life you will have. You have to log in for 12/13 hours. You will asked to cancel one or two WO in every month forcefully. The team leaders will make you the machine. I became depressed 🙏🙏
