...ry minimal hike given.. No clarity about appraisal cycles and keep on changing..Also started cutting variable pays which was part of salary... Very medicore health insurance.Apart from that no other benefits.Shift allowance also quite average...No changes in that from long time... Join only if you are getting very high package because after that you won't get much hike...

Dislikes

Considering tenure employees and experience need to pay attention on scale as per market standards which is potential drawback. Being higher outside they need to pay attention on stay back experience employees.

Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

Your life will be easy if your manager is good. If not best of luck with your stress.

Being a very big company, no perk or benifits. Insurance policy sucks, you may need to pay a significant amount if you need a better one.

It's a good organization to start the career but should not continue once you complete 1 year at Mphasis.

1. Toxic work culture, 2. No salary hikes at all. 3. Very selfish management. 4. Fake promises.
