I have been there for more than a year. I have seen good opportunity on the floor. People are friendly good environment to work in. Night shift allowance are there based on project. If you get out of one project there is a lot project that offers more opportunities. The bench managers are very active for alligning employees to other projects when you are on bench Salary on time Leads are helpfull They provide total 24 leaves ( 12 cl ) ( 12 pl ) There is a culture of appreciation to hard working employees ( 1000 bucks bonus) As of now Pune Eon It park canteen was good.

... to people who are taking advantage of the company treating as a government job. They say you will get good variable pay but this is not so, it come between 20-30% of your variable pay Bench policies not good , 1 month full pay and 2 month half pay during bench period Don't expect upraisal Managers have no power to do anything, they only can give warnings to people who are irregular and with bad behaviour.

Literally nothing, can't even give tissue paper, to take some office supplies u need to go to different building, wifi doesn't work in the office

No promotion, will make u work long hours, no perks, no salary hike, got acquired from another company, didn't wanted to join but no choice had to serve the notice period, no promotion for 2 years

Worst administration 8. Company management behaves like miser 9. Third class mentality high level hierarchy 10. If you keenly observe the Mphasis is such a worst company among all for example, a. Last block in the SEZ b. Last floors in the SEZ c. Last parking in the cellar d. Very limited parking for 4 wheelers

...salary progression is very slow(almost negligible). No hikes since last 3 years. Variable pay is never given and they state that company is not performing well if you question them. Clients are God. No matter how ridiculous there demands are, management will agree to it without any questions. One of the worst insurance policies.

The quality of projects are really good. The colleagues and managers are helpful and supportive and easily reachable Hard work is recognized and appreciated

Dislikes

Maintaining long wasteful ODC hours. No communication devices allowed inside. No salary appraisal for lateral employees. Bench period starts before you actually go to the bench. Full salary for just 1 month after this time.
