Most of candidates who is looking for job they always give first preference for MNC company so as you are selected for Mphasis that mean your in MNC company, come to the point what i have experienced there which was good for me first thing was that they gave me good training during my training session i gain lots of knowledge aboit companies , how companies actually works, and how companies do there business over the world there was lots of thing i experienced, after that when i went to the work place that was awsome i met with my team leader and manager They were very nice person they always appreciates me push me to achieve my goal and my targets. I was with happy with that company

As i have seen in BPO Domestic voice process the salary was quiet good for the fresher but apart from this particular process salary was good.

Considering tenure employees and experience need to pay attention on scale as per market standards which is potential drawback. Being higher outside they need to pay attention on stay back experience employees.
